To ensure smooth and positive visits for all, I've outlined a few friendly policies that keep everyone on the same page. Please take a moment to review them—by booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
To book a consultation an inquiry form must be submitted. A $100 retainer fee is required to secure a consultation appointment. This retainer fee is non refundable and will be used towards your extension service within the 30 days of your consultation. After 30 days if no service has been provided another consultation + retainer fee will be required.
The client agrees to pay the retainer in the amount of half the cost of the extension service. This retainer is non refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to instances where the client decides to cancel the appointment, fails to attend the appointment, or requests to reschedule the appointment. The client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued for the retainer for any reason.
You can reschedule your appointment at no cost if you give me at least 48 hours notice. Please text or call to reschedule.
For cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your consultation appointment the full amount of the consultation will be forfeited. For cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of an extension service the full retainer amount will be forfeited. If this occurs, you must then make a new appointment and another retainer will be required.
For non-extension services that are late cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours a non refundable $40 dollars will be collected before booking another service. This service charge is in additon to the cost of your appointment.
If you don’t show up for your appointment, the full cost of the service will be charged. Your time is valuable and so is mine—thank you for understanding.
Please let me know if you’re running late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to modify or reschedule your appointment, which may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
To maintain a serene and safe environment I kindly ask that only clients receiving services be present in the salon. Thank you for helping me keep the atmosphere relaxing for all.
I may capture photos or videos during your appointment to record your hair’s condition or showcase my work on social media. If you prefer not to appear on my public platforms, just let me know. However, I may still document your hair for internal use or professional record-keeping.
Falling sick happens. Please be considerate and respectful of myself and others in the salon. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule.
